8. Other settings
a) Language on the handset
Press the central navigation button on the handset

navigate to the tools icon

go to the
fourth option in the list: ‘Language’. Press ‘OK’. Choose the desired language and press the
‘Select’ button, this is the button with the horizontal dash, below the display on the right. Now
press the disconnect button (with the red handset on it) 3 times to return to the starting
screen.
b) Call flow between handsets and connections
For outgoing and also for incoming calls, it is possible to define the call flow between handsets
and connections (see chapter ‘
Definitions and abbreviations
’). This can be done from the web
interface and also from the handsets.

Login using the web interface (see chapter “
The web interface
”) and go to ‘Settings’ ➡
‘Telephony’ ➡ ‘Number Assignment’.
In the next screen (see screenshot) the following items can be set or changed:
for each handset: name of the handset (defaults are INT 1, INT 2, INT 3, …)
for each handset: for outgoing calls either choose a fixed connection (Phone account) or
choose ‘Select line for each outgoing call’
for each handset: choose for which connections (Phone accounts) an incoming call is
passed on to this handset (incoming calls can be offered to more than 1 handset)
