Warranty
GICAM s.r.l. warrants its devices against any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 12
months from the delivery date. In the event that, during the warranty coverage period, the device has mal-
functions, please contact the technical assistance of the authorized dealer or, in the absence of these, di-
rectly GICAM s.r.l.
The warranty includes spare parts and labor. It does not include shipping costs for delivery and collection of
the device.
Conditions that void the warranty are:
 Improper use
 Incorrect installation
 Incorrect power supply or incorrect electrical connections
 Lack of maintenance
 Modifications or interventions carried out with non-original components or by unauthorized personnel
 Total or partial non-compliance with the instructions
 Exceptional events
After the terms of the warranty have elapsed, support will be carried out through standard assistance, which
will repair according to the rates in force at the time of the request for intervention.
