SPECIALTY PROGRAMS
Using the REVO Spot Unit for Specialty Programs:
1. There are slots to write three specialty programs on the parameters decal.
•
These can be added to cure a specialty product you are currently using in your
shop. (Contact GFS for product specific recommendations)
•
A second type of Clearcoat or primer
•
Plastic Repair material
•
Seam Sealers
•
Panel Bond Adhesive
•
Rock or Chip guard
•
Decal Removal
2. Place Spot unit about 2 feet away from the area to be cured.
3. Position the cassette parallel to the curing area
4. Set the time and temperature controls in accordance
with the decal on the machine
5. Press the green
Start
button and the Spot unit will begin
curing.
•
When the target temperature is achieved the lamp
will flicker to maintain proper temperature.
•
When the curing cycle is complete the lamp will
automatically shut off.
6. When the panel has returned to ambient temperature you can begin the next step of the
repair process.
•
Cooling can be accelerated by using a blow gun to force air over the panel unless curing
top coats.
