Export Protocols
Using an external USB memory stick the operator can export all the
stored welding protocols.
EXPORT PROTOCOLS
PDF FORMAT
Esc OK
Insert the USB memory stick on the USB connector available on the rear
panel of the machine, then select EXPORT PROTOCOLS. Using the
buttons (
)(
) choose the format of the file to export.
PDF and CSV format are available. The PDF files can be opened then
with Acrobat
®
Reader, while the CSV file can be imported in Microsoft
®
Excel (or any other electronic spreadsheet) for further analysis.
Press START/OK (I) to start the data transfer.
Then a message asking for overwriting the file might appear if the
memory stick already contains data in the similar format. If you want to
proceed, press START/OK (I) once again.
Wait till the message EXPORT IN PROGRESS… disappears. Then you can
extract the USB memory stick from the electro-fusion unit, and connect
the memory stick to a PC for data upload.
If you want to transfer both PDF and CSV files, you can repeat the
transfer operation after the first data transfer, being careful not to erase
the stored data!

Content of PDF file
The layout of the PDF file generated by the processor is the following:

The first page shows the general information regarding the
processor itself: S/N and machine type, number of stored
protocols, next revision date, configuration settings, Error table
•
The next pages show the fusion protocols one by one, with their
specific information: fusion date, fitting parameters, traceability
data (if enabled).
