1. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA
La dosificadora de hamburguesas automática MH
Super 114 es una máquina muy versátil que
permite dosificar cualquier tipo de forma en
función de los platos que se suministran con ella.
Permite formas redondas desde diámetro 40 a
diámetro 115,
forma ovalada y formas
especiales a partir de 20 mm de altura mínima
la porción hasta 28mm la máxima.
Consta
de
dos
motores-reductores
que
accionan las palas de alimentación, una
transmisión, por engranajes, para hacer girar el
plato dosificador, unos expulsores de dosificación
regulables en altura que permiten ajustar el peso
deseado, una cinta inclinada que recoge la forma
del plato dosificador y otra cinta que permite
expulsar y dar la forma final al producto con un
rodillo regulable en altura.
Además, la velocidad de giro del plato y la
velocidad de las cintas de arrastre también son
regulables, mediante dos potenciómetros
situados en la estructura de mandos principal.
1. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The automatic MH Super 114 hamburger dosing
device is a very versatile machine to form any type of
shape according to the plates supplied with it.
It allows round shapes ranging from 40 to 115 in
diameter, oval shapes and special shapes with 20
mm mínimum portion height and 28 mm máximum
portion height.
It has two gear motors that activate the supply
blades, a transmission with gears to make the
dosing plate rotate, height-adjustable dosing
ejectors to adjust the desired weight, an inclined
belt that collects the shape of the dosing plate and
another belt to eject and give final shape to the
product with a height-adjustable roller.
Furthermore, the plate’s rotation speed and the
speed of the pulling belts may also be adjusted by
using the two potentiometers located in the main
control structure.
