Grilled Vegetables

6 slices eggplant, 1/2” thick (or use 2 baby eggplants)
2 small onions, sliced 1/2” thick
2 small tomatoes, diced
2 small zucchini, sliced
4 large cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced
4-6 mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. olive oil (optional)

• Preheat the Grilling Machine for 5 minutes. At this time, also spread

on olive oil if desired.

• Add the sliced eggplant and garlic, cover and cook 3 minutes.
• Add the slices of onion, zucchini, and mushrooms.

Cover and cook 3 - 5 minutes.

• Remove the eggplant and zucchini and mushroom slices

to a plate.

• Add tomatoes to the onion and garlic. Cover and cook

for one minute.

• Remove and serve over the eggplant, zucchini, and mushrooms.
• Yield: Serves 2 - 4

Serve as an accompaniment to meat and pasta. Or stuff them into a
piece of pita or french bread for a grilled vegetable sandwich.

Rosemary Lamb Chops

4 lamb chops, shoulder or loin
2 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary (or 1/2 tsp.dried)
ground black pepper to taste

• Coat chops with rosemary and pepper.
• Preheat the Grilling Machine for 5 minutes.
• Close Lid and cook for 7-9 minutes for medium (a hint of pink in the 

middle) and 11 minutes for well done.

• Serve immediately
• Yield: Serves 4

Mode d’emploi de la 

machine à grillade

1.

Avant la première utilisation, essuyez les plaques de cuisson avec
un chiffon humide pour enlever toute la poussière.

2.

Préchauffage

: Fermez le couvercle et branchez le cordon électrique

dans une prise murale de 120 V c.a. avec prise de terre. Le voyant
de mise sous tension s’allumera indiquant que les plaques 
électriques chauffent.  Laissez l’appareil chauffer pendant 5 
minutes.

À l’aide d’une poignée porte-récipient, ouvrez prudemment le 
couvercle.

4.

Glissez le bac d’égouttement sous l’avant de l’appareil.

5.

Déposez délicatement les aliments sur la plaque de cuisson
inférieure.

6.

Fermez le couvercle et laissez cuire les aliments pendant le temps
désiré.  (Consultez les suggestions culinaires à la fin de ce manuel).
Le voyant de mise sous tension s’allumera durant toute la période de
cuisson dès que vous refermerez le couvercle.

Ne pas laisser 

fonctionner cet appareil sans surveillance!

À la fin du temps de cuisson désiré, les aliments sont prêts à servir.
Débranchez le cordon électrique de la prise murale.

ATTENTION : Pour éviter de provoquer des étincelles dans la prise
murale,assurez-vous que le témoin de « Marche » est éteint avant
de débrancher l’appareil.

Avec une poignée porte-récipient, ouvrez prudemment le couvercle.

9.

Saisissez les aliments à l’aide de la spatule en plastique fournie
avec l’appareil.  N’utilisez que des ustensiles en plastique ou en bois
afin de ne pas égratigner la surface de cuisson anti-adhésive.  Ne
jamais utiliser de pinces en métal, de fourchette ou de couteau, car
ces ustensiles peuvent endommager le revêtement des plaques de
cuisson.

10. Lorsque l’appareil n’est plus chaud, vous pouvez retirer le bac 

d’égouttement et le vider.  

Assurez-vous que la graisse ait refroidi

avant de retirer le bac d’égouttement.
