Inoltre occorre vengano soddisfatte le seguenti indicazioni:
• Durante la realizzazione dell’impianto vanno prese le misure atte ad impedire l’infiltrazione di sostanze estranee
(es. sporcizia, acqua, polvere) nelle tubazioni stesse.
• Le aperture dei condotti e le aperture dei dispositivi di chiusura vanno chiuse con mezzi adeguati.
• Gli elementi residuo sciolto di lavorazione quale trucciolo vanno eliminati.Nel caso di eventuale presenza di sostan
ze/elementi estranei all’interno delle tubazioni e relativi raccordi e sistemi di sicurezza aggiuntivi queste debbono
essere rimosse con un soffio di gas inerte o d’aria e con i mezzi adeguati.
• Il percorso dell’impianto gas deve essere il più breve possibile e con il minor numero di connessioni.
• L’impianto gas deve essere realizzato in modo tale che rispetti le specifiche di seguito indicate.
• Vanno evitate tensioni (es. torsioni) nella stesura della rete per esempio su contatori e altri componenti.
• Le tubazioni vanno posizionate in modo da evitare pericolo di danni meccanici (es. da parte di dispositivi di solleva
mento o di trasporto).
• Il percorso delle tubazioni deve essere scelto in modo tale da escludere il rischio di danni (es. perforando o
inchiodando).
• Nel caso di uso di perforatrici, tacker, pistole per punti, ecc. va rispettata una distanza di sicurezza sufficiente
rispetto alle tubazioni installate.
• Nel caso di installazione nelle vicinanze di cemento armato bisogna fare attenzione che parti taglienti in metallo o
altri componenti costruttivi non danneggino le tubazioni stesse.
• Tramite adeguate misure di sicurezza (es. avvertenze, protezioni) bisogna assicurarsi che il danneggiamento del
l’impianto a gas venga escluso.
• Laddove non espressamente indicato (vedi specifiche speciali di posa) una aggiuntiva protezione contro danni
quali ad esempio graffi, tagli che si possono verificare durante la fase di installazione è garantita dalla tubazione
corrugata tipo ALUCOR.

• During construction of the installation, all measures must be taken in order to prevent the infiltration of extra
neous substances (e.g. dirt, water, dust) in the pipes themselves.
• The openings of the ducts and the openings of the closure devices must be closed by adequate means.
• Dissolved work residues, such as shavings (burrs) must be eliminated.
• In the case of the presence of extraneous substances/elements inside the pipes and relative connections and
additional safety systems, these must be removed by blowing inert gas or air and with adequate means.
• The route of the gas installation must be as short as possible and with as few connections as possible.
• The gas installation must be constructed in such a way that the specifications below are respected.
• When laying the network, stresses (e.g. twisting) on, for example, meters and other components must be avoided.
• The pipes must be positioned in such a way as to avoid the risk of damage to the mechanical parts (e.g. by hoi
sting equipment or during transport).
• The route of the pipes must be chosen in such a way as to exclude the risk of damage (e.g. perforation or jam
ming).
• In the case of the use of perforators, tackers, staple guns, etc. a sufficient safety distance from the installed pipes
must be respected.
• In the case of installation in the vicinity of reinforced concrete (spacers) care must be taken in order to avoid
damage to the pipes themselves caused by sharp metal parts or other building components.
• Adequate safety measures (e.g. warnings, protections) must be taken to ensure that the gas installation cannot
possibly be damaged.
• Unless expressly indicated (see special specifications for instalment), extra protection against damage such as,
for example, scratches and cuts, which can occur during installation, is provided for by the ALUCOR corrugated
type of pipe.
