Next, the cutter is rotated and the blade insert is
placed in the cutter blade with no insert. When
inserting, make sure that the blade insert does not
twist.
If the blade inserts cannot be inserted by hand, use
the soft-face hammer (see figure 3).

The roll pins are located using a punch and light
blows of a hammer from above into the position
holes provided for this purpose. Roll pins should be
pushed into position until They are flush with the top
surface of the blade (see figure 4).
