PISTON REMOVAL
Stuff a shop towel into the crankcase.
Remove the piston pin clip with needle nose pliers.
NOTE: Do not allow the clip fall into the crankcase.
Remove the piston pin from the piston.
Remove the piston.
Spread each piston ring and remove it by lifting up at
a point opposite the gap.
INSPECTION
Inspect the cylinder walls for scratches or wear.
