2.11 PINPAD INTERFACE failure
2.11.1 Symptoms
- Impossibility to receive/transmit information from/to the Pinpad.

Verify that the Pinpad is not damaged (used a Pinpad golden sample).
Check the RJ9 Pinpad connector.
2. Behaviour to apply in case no issue detected in step 1 :

Change the CPU_BOARD by a new one

2.12.1 Symptoms
- Impossibility to receive/transmit information from/to the Ethernet link.
