Warranty and Customer Service
NOTE:
To qualify for warranty protection, the selling dealer must
fi le the warranty registration information on the Internet site

within ten days of purchase. If this is not on fi le, we will not
honor your warranty claim.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact the nearest GEM retailer
and make your vehicle available for inspection and repair during
the warranty period. Your GEM dealer should be able to provide
service during normal business hours and within a reasonable time,
depending upon workload and availability of necessary parts. Further
information regarding warranty service may be obtained from
