Warranty and Customer Service
WARRANTY
12 Month-Factory Materials and Workmanship
We warrant to the original consumer, purchaser, or lessee that your
GEM will be free from defects in factory materials and workmanship
under normal use and service for a period of twelve months from the
date of sale, subject to the terms and provisions contained herein.
The factory warranty for parts and labor shall include your GEM in
its entirety. Battery and tires are excluded from warranty as they are
warranted by their respective manufacturers. (See individual warranty
terms and conditions in your owner’s packet)
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
GEM will warrant all parts provided under this warranty. All GEM parts
replaced under warranty become the property of GEM and must be
returned to the factory for inspection, on request. Your authorized
GEM dealer will provide parts return service.
Any other expenses incurred in obtaining warranty repairs, including
transportation, are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise
stated in this warranty.
