ELECTRICAL SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
50Hz, 230V Without Parallel Receptacle
50Hz, 230V With Parallel Receptacle
Parallel operation PM2000i 230V AC
Before connecting the electrical appliance to the
generator, make sure that it is in good working
condition and that its electrical rating does not
exceed that of the generator. Most of the motorized
equipment requires more power at start-up than
in operation. When an electric motor is turned
on, the red light for overload can light up. This is
normal, and it will turn off within approx. 4 seconds
(assuming that the engine does not during operation
require more power than the unit produces). If the
red lamp continues to light without the unit being
overloaded, contact an authorized service center.
NOTE: For parallel connection of 2 pcs PM2000i, the
“ESC” switch must always be in the same position on
both units.
1. Connect 2 pcs PM2000i using the cable kit that
comes with the unit.
2. Start the engines and check that the output
indicator light (green) is on both units.
3. Connect electrical appliance into the AC receptacle.
4. Start the connected equipment.
In case of overload or short-circuit of connected
appliance, the overload light (red) will be turned
on. The red lamp will continue and after approx. 4
seconds the power is switched off to the electrical
outlets. In addition, the operating light (green)
will also turn off. Stop both engines and check the
cause. In case of overload, reduce consumption
before restart. In case of short-circuit of connected
appliance, do not use this before the problem is
repaired.
• Never connect different generator models.
• Never use a cable other than the specified cable
for parallel operation.
• Connection/disconnection of cable must be done
with the engines turned off.
• Always remove cable if only using one generator
