Safety instructions for operation
To prevent damage to property and/or life-threatening injury to personnel
always observe the following:

Only fit or use the product for its intended purpose.
Also read the chapter on ”Safety”.
Before operating, make sure you are adequately familiar with the following:
D
the operating and control elements
D
the equipment
D
The method of operation
D
The immediate environment
D
The safety devices
Carry out the following checks before every start:
D
Check and make sure that all safety devices (circuit breakers and fuses) are
installed and of the correct size and working.
D
Check the product for visible damage; repair any defects found immediately
(note personnel qualification required) or contact the specialist dealer - the
product may only be operated if it is in perfect condition.
D
Check and make sure that there are no objects or materials in the working
area if they are not necessary for operation.
After switching on:
D
After switching check to see if red lights are on at fuse cards inside enclosure
and that 24V AC is present at outputs.
In normal operation:
D
The product may only be started from the location specified.
D
The following checks should be performed at least once a month:
- Visual checks for any damage that can be seen on the outside.
- check that all safety devices are working
- check that all electrical connectors are tight and wire coating has no
breaks or tears.
