The L1 side of the line is connected to terminal #3
and L2 is connected to terminal #7. The ground wire
is connected to terminal #5. There are jumper wires
between terminals #1 and #2, and #2 and #6.

When the relay contacts close, the circuits to the
1.0 KW and 2.45 KW heaters are completed from L1
through the jumpers between terminals #1 and #2,
#2 and #6, and back to L2 through terminal #7. This
makes the total of 3.45 KW of heat available to heat
the room.

from L1 through the jumpers between terminals #1

through terminal #7. This makes the total of 5.0 KW
of heat available to heat the room.
