Pull the knob up and open the lid.

Position the stage so that the black triangle mark is aligned with the cor-
responding mark on the setting block. Fit the setting block pin in the hole of
the stage.

Gently place the fluorescent plate for digitizing on top of the digitized sample.

Pull the knob up and close the lid.
