4. Remove the 2 hex-head screws that hold the
element mounting bracket to the top of the
oven.
5. Carefully pull the broil element forward to
access the wiring connections.
6. Disconnect and remove the element.
Note: When reconnecting the element, make
sure the connectors are securely attached to the
element.
Broil Element (Dual Fuel)
The broil element has an approximate resistance
value of 16
Ω
.
To remove the broil element:
1. Remove the oven door (see Oven Door).
2. Remove the 2 screws that hold the sensor to
the rear wall of the oven. Pull the sensor out
slightly.
3. Remove the 2 hex-head screws that hold the
element to the rear oven wall.
Bake Element (Dual Fuel)
The bake element has an approximate resistance
value of 22
Ω
.
To remove the bake element:
1. Remove the oven door (see Oven Door).
2. Remove 4 hex-head screws that secure the
convection fan guard to the rear wall of the
oven and remove the guard (see Convection
Fan Guard ).
3. Remove the element cover by sliding it
forward until it can be removed from the oven.
4. Remove the 2 hex-head screws that hold the
element to the rear oven wall.
5. Gently pull the bake element forward to
access the wiring connections.
6. Disconnect and remove the element.
Note: When reconnecting the element, make
sure the connectors are securely attached to the
element.
