Improper setting of temperature
Adjust the set temperature
Check if cooling (heating) load is proper.
Check the forecasted load of cooling (heating).
The secondary refrigerant has leakage
or is insufficient
Perform leak detection, perform vacuum
pumping after leak was repaired, and
charge adequately amount of refrigerant
according to stipulations.
Leakage between the internal high and
low pressure of the compressor
Replace the compressor
Malfunction of four-way valve
Replace the 4-way valve
Local block of the capillary
Replace capillary
Malfunction of
refrigerant flow
Refrigerating system blockup
Observe the condensation in evaporator
and pressure values of the high-pressure
gage, and determine if the system is
blocked up. Treat the system as well.
Bad performance of heat insulation is
observed for the connection pipe of the unit.
Make sure that heat insulation for the thick and thin pipes is good.
Heat insulation must also be provided for the joint and the
exposed part of the copper pipe.
Blockage of heat exchanger of
outdoor unit
To clean the adhesive dust on heat
exchanger
Air filters are blocked
Clean the filter
The fan rotation speed set is too low
turn rotate speed to HI or MEDIUM
The fan speed is lower.
Capacitor is
damaged.
Replace the capacitor
Motor is
damaged.
Replace the motor
Air circulation is
insufficient
The installation position of the
outdoor unit is not appropriate
Good ventilation must be provided for the
installation position of the outdoor unit.
Too high an outdoor temperature
It is available to install a shade guarding against sun and rain, and
if the maximum cooling capacity still could not meet the
requirements, it is recommended to change for air conditioner.
The room is not properly closed, too frequent
of personnel passing, or heater exists in the
room.
Ensure a proper enclosure of the room and it is better not use an
electric appliance emitting too much heat.
