Patient Temperature Alarm
Push the “
Pt. Temp Alarm
” key to choose
between two settings in the warmer’s
Baby Mode. The 0.5 setting activates
an alarm when the difference between
the set Temperature and the baby’s skin
temperature is greater than 0.5°C. The
default 1.0 setting activates an alarm when
the difference between the set temperature
and the baby’s skin temperature is greater
than 1.0°C.

Manual Temperature Alarm
You can use the manual temperature alarm
when you wish to manage the baby’s
temperature in the Manual Mode, but want
to be notified when the baby’s temperature
drops below or rises above a threshold
setting.
Place the temperature probe on the baby’s
skin. Push the “
Man Temp Alarm
” key to
choose from 3 settings in the warmer’s
Manual Mode. The default Off setting
deactivates the alarm, the 0.5 setting
activates an alarm when the difference
between the set temperature and the baby’s
skin temperature is greater than 0.5°C. The
1.0 setting activates an alarm when the
difference between the set temperature and
the baby’s skin temperature is greater than
1.0°C. For more details on operation of the
Manual Temperature Alarm, (see “Setting the
manual temperature alarm” in chapter3).
NOTE:
After power down, only the time setting will remain.
