Open the petcock.

Fully

 open the vent valve on the front panel by turning it counter-clockwise, and turn the 

WET/DRY SELECTOR 

VALVE

 to 

WET

 (see 

Figure 3

 below).

5.

Using the squeeze bottle, fill the saturator bottle until the water level reaches the fill mark on the bottle (see 

Figure 2 on page 5

).

6.

Close the petcock and reinstall the back panel.
