Drill a hole suitable for #8 screw on an adjacent
wall. Insert a #8 screw in this hole and tighten the screw,
leaving a ¼” gap between the screw head and the wall.
Use the provided plastic anchor if necessary. Ensure that
the controller is within the proximity of the System so that
the cables can reach the Drain Solenoid Valve and the
Inlet Solenoid Valve
(for the UF100 with optional Surface
Water Option Kit model and Systems equipped with the
Surface Water Option Kit only)
.
The transformer cable should also be long enough to reach
the electrical receptacle. Do not connect any cables at this
time.
1
Mount the Controller by supporting the keyhole
located at the back of the Controller on the screw head.
Level the Controller. Remove the Controller front cover and
drill two additional holes suitable for a #8 screw through the
openings. Insert two additional #8 screws into these two
holes and secure the Controller to the wall by tightening
the two screws. Use the plastic anchors if necessary.
2
Ensure the transformer is not plugged into the
electrical receptacle. Connect the power supply cable from
the transformer to “24VAC” terminals on the Controller.
Polarity is not important.
3
Connect the Drain Solenoid Valve cable to the
“drain”
terminals on the Controller. Refer to FIGURE 27.
Plug the Drain Solenoid Valve adaptor into the Drain Solenoid
Valve. Ensure that the orientation of the adaptor is correct as
shown below and the gasket is in place. Secure the adaptor to
the Drain Solenoid Valve by tightening the screw on the adaptor.
4
For the Optional Surface Water Option Kit:
Connect the Inlet Solenoid Valve cable to the
“inlet”
terminals on the Controller. Refer to FIGURE 27.
Polarity is not important.
Plug the Inlet Solenoid Valve
adaptor into the Inlet Solenoid Valve. Ensure that the
orientation of the adaptor is correct and the gasket is in
place. Secure the adaptor to the Inlet Solenoid Valve by
tightening the screw on the adaptor. Refer to FIGURE 28.
