Measure the voltages at the relay board:

• J37 pin 48-45 and J37 pin 49-45.

• If mains voltage 100/115 = 3-5 volts, difference

within 0.4 volts.

• If mains voltage 230 = 7-10 volts, difference within

0.8.

• If not, replace the relay board.

Defective control board.

If the voltages are OK replace the control board.
