If the equipment will be switched off e.g. by uneven operation of the X-ray tube or by a fault
during the warm-up program, a corresponding message will appear on the display.
After this type of technical fault (or X-RAY OFF), the user still has two further attempts to
warm-up the tube, after which warm-up is terminated and can only be restarted after a
renewed mains ON.
Fault message

After eliminating the fault, the
message must be confirmed by pressing the CL
key.
Then, and also after pressing the
X-RAY ON button, the following mask appears:
If the
F4
key is pressed, the achieved voltage of approximately 20 kV (but not below
U
nominal/2
) is reduced and the following message appears in the comment line on the
display:
