8. Using a phillips screwdriver, remove the screw securing the temperature sensor
to the back left of the hard drive.
9. Reverse the steps in this procedure to install the top hard drive.

Plan to have alternative monitoring for patients admitted to the tower that is
being repaired by either moving them to another ATS using the
BedDuplicator application that can be run from the PTS version directory
or by asking the hospital staff for bedside monitoring of the telemetry
patients until the mirroring procedure is complete.
10. Connect the FE laptop to the ATS.
11. Log into ATS through VNC.
12. After completeing all the steps to replace the defective hard drive, power on the
ATS.
13. The PromiseFastTrack TX2+ application starts to replicate the good hard drive
to the replaced hard drive.
14. On the ATS desktop, click the Promise Array Management (PAM) icon.
15. Right-click on the drive icon and log in as administrator and leave the
password field blank.
16. Navigate to the correct array.

17. After the mirroring process is complete, the 100% complete information will be
displayed.
