6.) Press “F10” key and select “Yes” to save change.
NOTE: How to check CPU code name, Ivybridge or Skylake.
1.) Turn the system on and go to BIOS mode by pressing “Del” key.
2.) Go to ‘Main’ -> ‘Platform Information’
- Skylake: There is ‘Skylake’ in the field of ‘Condename’
- Ivybridge: There is no ‘Codename’ field.
NOTE: BIOS value to be changed again after simulation mode for normal scan mode as following procedure.
1.) Turn the system on and press “Del” key to enter the BIOS Menu.
2.) Enter Password “polaris” and Press ‘Enter” key.
3.) Press ‘F9’ and select ‘Yes’.
4.) Press ‘F10’ and select ‘Yes’ to save change.
Operation:
1.) Power On / Boot Up the system as described in Section 3-6-2 "Power On / Boot Up" on page 3-25 .
2.) As soon as the start-up process bar indicates "
Initialization of Voluson
", press the
H
key on the
Alphanumeric keyboard.
