5 Troubleshooting 

5.1 Error 

Messages 

The following failures will be indicated optically by 

NEOSERV 114

.  

 

• 

Overtemperature LED flashing 

 

1.  If overtemperature is very high (90 - 100 °C), the red LED will start flashing and the pump will be 

switched off immediately. 

2.  As soon as the pump has cooled down, the alarm lamp will go off automatically. Now the unit is 

again ready for operation. 

3.  If overtemperature occurs even though the unit has been operated only for a short time (less than one 

hour), at any rate contact your service representative to have the device checked. 

 

• 

Water level indicator flashing 

 

The water level within the water separator is too high. 

See chapter 3.4

 for draining the water separator.
