15 -TROUBLESHOOTING
The gate does not move after a START
command.
Check that LED3 and LED4 are off; if not, check the devices connected to
terminals 20 and 23.
Check that LED1 is not on fixed; if it is, carry out a new gate travel
learning procedure.
Check fuse F1.
Check that the battery voltage is not below 22VDC.
The transmitter capacity is very low.
Check that terminals 25 and 26 are well secured.
The gate does not fully open/close.
Check the motor and encoder connections.

14 - GATE TRAVEL LEARNING
If using two motors, the DIP switch
SW2_8
must be
ON
.
If using only one motor, it must be connected to the terminals
M1
and the DIP switch
SW2_8
must be
OFF
.
Intervention of any anti-crushing or START-PED command safety device during the learning phase results in the
learning process being interrupted and exited and it will have to be repeated.
Movements during learning with 1 motor:
Motor 1 closes until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
Motor 1 opens until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
Motor 1 closes until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
End of learning; LED1 will flash briefly once a second.
Learning procedure:
Release the operators and move the gates to halfway their travel.
Lock the operators.
Check that the mechanical opening and closing stops are present on the ground.
Remove any obstacles in the range of action of the automated device.
Check that LED2, LED3, LED4 and LED5 are off.
Press and hold down the SYS-learn button for 3 seconds.
LED1 will start flashing with a long flash once a second.
Press button 1 of the radio control or give a START pulse from the terminal board.
Movements during learning with 2 motors:
Motor 2 closes until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
Motor 1 closes until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
Motor 1 opens until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
Motor 2 opens until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
Motor 2 closes until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
Motor 1 closes until meeting the mechanical end-stops on the ground.
End of learning; LED1 will flash twice a second.
