Collate the papers into order. (We suggest that when collating your
document, you put the back cover, up side facing down, on top of
the front cover. This will ensure that the back cover conceals the
spine of the ibiClick when the document is fully bound.)
Insert 5 to 6 sheets fully into the Punch Entry of your clickman.
Ensure that the pages are aligned correctly so that they are at right
angles to the Punch Entry. Slide the Punch Handle along the
clickman. Remove the pages and repeat the exercise until the
whole document is punched. (Be advised that, when punching
transparent covers, the quantity of sheets that it is possible to
punch will be reduced).
When the entire document is punched, feed the ibiClick onto the
document.
Slide the ibiClick zipper along the ibiclick to lock it closed. Then
fold back cover around to the back and your document is
complete.
If you wish to re-open the ibiClick, simply turn around the ibiClick
zipper and slide it down the centre of the ibiClick. To close again,
repeat 4.
The container for waste must be emptied regularly.
Guarantee
This machine is guaranteed for one year, subject to normal use.
The determination of what is ‘normal use’ and whether or not a
product is judged to be faulty, either through normal wear and tear
or by being defective at the point of purchase or otherwise, is
entirely at the discretion of the General Binding Corporation, on a
case-by-case basis. Proof of date of purchase will be required.
Repairs or alterations made by persons not authorised by GBC will
invalidate the guarantee. It is our aim to ensure that our products
perform to the specifications stated. This guarantee does not affect
the legal rights which consumers have under applicable national
legislation governing the sale of goods.
Safety Instructions
Set the machine up on a stable surface.
Test the punching system with scrap paper first before
punching your final documents.
Take care that there are no staples or suchlike in the
documents to be bound.
The container for waste must be emptied regularly.
Only use original IBICO accessories.
The unit is maintenance-free if handled correctly.

Assemblez votre dossier en prenant soin de poser la couverture
arrière, côté supérieur face contre la couverture avant. En effet,
lorsque le dossier sera relié, la couverture arrière, une fois
rabattue, dissimulera le dos de la reliure ibiClick.
Introduisez 5 feuilles à fond dans la fente de perforation de votre
clickman. Assurez-vous que les pages sont bien alignées et
qu’elles sont à angle droit avec la fente de perforation. Faites
coulisser la poignée de perforation le long du clickman. Retirez les
pages perforées et répétez cette opération jusqu’à ce que le
dossier entier soit perforé. Attention : le clickman ne peut perforer
qu’une seule couverture en PVC à la fois.
Lorsque le dossier entier est perforé, insérez la reliure ibiClick dans
les perforations.
Insérez le zipper à l’une des extrémités de la reliure et faites-le
glisser le long de la reliure ibiClick pour la refermer. Enfin, rabattez
la couverture arrière : votre document est prêt.
Si vous souhaitez rouvrir la reliure ibiClick pour mettre à jour votre
dossier, retournez le zipper et insérez la patte (partie plate) du
zipper dans la reliure en commençant par l’une des extrémités.
Faites coulisser : la reliure s’ouvre comme une fermeture éclair.
Pour refermer, répétez l’étape 4.
Videz régulièrement le bac à confettis.
Garantie
Le fonctionnement de cette machine est garanti pendant un an à
compter de la date d’achat, sous réserve de conditions normales
d’utilisation. Durant la période de garantie, GBC choisira de réparer
ou remplacer gratuitement la machine. Les défauts dus à une
mauvaise utilisation ou une utilisation non appropriée ne sont pas
couverts par cette garantie. La preuve de la date d’achat sera
demandée. Les réparations ou modifications effectuées par des
personnes non autorisées par GBC invalideront la garantie. Notre
objectif est de nous assurer que nos produits réalisent les
performances déclarées. Cette garantie n’affecte pas les droits
légaux des consommateurs au titre de la législation nationale en
vigueur régissant la vente des biens de consommation.
Consignes de sécurité
Installez l'appareil sur un support stable.
Contrôlez le résultat de la perforation à l’aide d’une feuille
test avant de perforer le document original.
Veillez à ce que le papier ne présente pas d'agrafes ou
d'attaches semblables.
Videz régulièrement le bac à confettis.
Utilisez uniquement des accessoires d'origine IBICO.
L’appareil ne demande aucun entretien s’il est utilisé
de manière appropriée.
