Check the filter condition (pollution by impurities and
water)
If the filter is dry and not soiled, it may be cleaned by
blowing from the inside out.

Change the filter if required (tighten moderately).

Put the plastic washer back into the rubber bellows.
New model (since June 2010):
The filter is located in the sampling rod, in the part between the suction cup and the rod itself.
