Removing the front bezel

To remove the front bezel:

Remove the left side panel by following the instructions
in

“Removing the left side panel” on page 45

Press the three bezel release tabs on the left side of the
computer, then swing the left side of the bezel away
from the computer until the bezel is completely
removed.

Tip

The

bezel

is the front “face” piece of your computer that has the optical

drive faces and the brand logo. It must be removed for some upgrading tasks.
