“ON/OFF”-button to stop the appliance. It is not available to press
the “REVERSE”-button when the appliance is in the “ON”-mode.
• When switching into the “REVERSE”-mode, you have to wait
4 seconds till the motor runnings.
• When the temperature of the motor reaches 80° C, the red warning lamp starts
flashing, a signal sounds and the indicator shows the time remaining to automatic
shutdown of the motor. A minute after the warning signal the appliance will be shut
down automatically to avoid the motor overheating.

7. Slowly feed the meat pieces into the feed chute and push down with the pusher. Do
not apply excessive force when pushing down the pusher. Only use the pusher to
press down the meat. Never use the fingers!

IMPORTANT:

Operate in a slow and constant pace.

Do not

try to rush the procedure

by pushing down the meat with force. This way the worm might gets blocked and stops
operating. If no meat is coming out the worm housing even though there is still meat in
the feed chute turn the mincer off (pressing the on and off button first and then the
power button) and work according to the instructions ´Trouble shooting guide`.

IMPORTANT: Do not

let the motor run permanently for longer then 30 minutes

to avoid overheating. After 30 minutes turn off the appliance and let the motor cool
down for at least 30 minutes before continuing operation.

In the case of overloading the motor a red warning light will start blinking in the display.
If the motor temperature reaches 80 degrees both circles will illuminate in the
display. In this case the motor will stop automatically. Let the motor cool down for
at least 30 minutes before you continue operation.

7.  As soon as the last bit is minced turn the appliance off (pressing the on and off but-
ton first and then the power button) and pull the plug.

8.  Clean and disassemble the appliance right after use and make sure that no
leftover food desiccate on the appliance. Work according to the instructions ´Care
and cleaning`.
