Install torque wrench on top of the fixture capstan using the 13/16” socket. Make sure that the torque 
wrench is initially set to zero torque before placing it in the fixture. The torque wrench support should 
be adjusted to hold the torque wrench level. The torque wrench support bolts should be tightened 
sufficiently to prevent movement of the support when torque is applied. See Figure 3-30.
