Trouble Shooting

If you have trouble operating in your camera, refer to the fallowing.

Problem

Solution

NO OPERATION

• Check if the power supply is DC 12V ~ 24V or AC 24V.

• Check if RS-485 communication cable is connected correctly.

• Check camera ID setting. 

• Check  the termination.

NO PICTURE

• Check if all the cables are connected correctly.

• Check the monitor is adjusted correctly.

• Check if video signal line is cut.

DARK SCREEN

• Adjust the monitor status.

ABNOMAL CAMERA

OPERATION STATUS

• Check if the voltage level  is out of the specification.

• Check  the termination.

SCREEN NOT CLEAR

• Check if there is dust on a lens.

• Adjust the monitor status.

• If excessive light is seen on a screen, change the  camera angle or 

location.

• Adjust the lens focus again.
