5. OPERATION
5.1 Start Up

Note: Initial UPS start-up may only be performed
by Gamatronic authorized personnel
The start-up procedure described in this manual refers to normal operation
startup after UPS shutdown for maintenance or after an abnormal condition
has been corrected.
Follow these directions exactly as instructed. Follow prompts on the Advisory
Display. Turning ON one or more of the switches too soon or in the wrong
sequence may result in system failure and/or loss of power to the load.

To turn the UPS ON:
1.
Turn the INPUT
CHARGER and ST/SW
CBs ON. (shown in ON
position). A sequence of
messages will show on the
front panel display,
followed by the message
“SELF CHECK OK” and
then “UPS OFF”
INPUT CHARGER and ST/SW ON
2.
Press the UPS ON button
on the UPS front panel.
Wait approximately one
minute while a sequence of
messages appears on the
display,
followed by the
message: “BATTERY
NOT CONNECT”
