- I dispositivi di sicurezza di tipo
meccanico, integrati nella struttura
della macchina per conferirle il più
elevato grado di sicurezza intrinseca
ed inviolabilità controllabile, sono i
seguenti:
- Il coperchio (D - Figura 2) con foro
per introduzione condimenti, inferiore
a 12 mm (E - Figura 2) che impedisce
l'introduzione delle dita all'interno della
vasca.
- Freno motore, che arresta la
macchina entro 2 secondi dallo
spegnimento, rendendo impossibile
raggiungere con le mani, le lame
ancora in movimento.
- Protezione del microinterruttore (F -
Figura 2); fa in modo che la macchina
funzioni solo se il coperchio è
perfettamente posizionato sulla vasca.

Lo schema elettrico della macchina è

- The cover (D - fig.2) with an aperture
for introduction of foodstuffs, the
diameter of which is smaller than 12
mm (E - fig.2) to make sure neither the

- The motor brake, which stops the

machine is switched off, makes it
impossible for the hands to come
close to the moving blades.
- The micro switch (F - fig.2), which
makes sure the machine does not
start if the cover is not properly
positioned.

prescribed standards in

1.6 ELECTRIC WIRING
The electric wiring of the machine is
designed according to the technical
regulations in CEI EN 60204-1 CEI 44-
6 section 1364, which refer to
electrical parts and equipment in
industrial machinery cf. Part 2 -
Designation of the components and
examples of drawings, diagrams,
tables etc.
A copy of this document is included as
an appendix in this instructions
manual.

Sicherheitsvorrichtungen:
- Deckel (D - Abb. 2) mit Öffnung zum
Einfüllen der Zutaten (E- Abb. 2); die
Öffnung ist kleiner als 12 mm, sodaß
die Finger nicht in die Wanne
hineingesteckt werden können.
- Motorbremse, die die Maschine
binnen 2 Sekunden nach dem
Ausschalten anhält, sodaß die Hände
nicht mit den sich noch bewegenden
Messern in Berührung kommen
können.
- Schutz des Mikroschalters (F- Abb.
2); ist so beschaffen, daß die
Maschine nur dann funktioniert, wenn
der Deckel korrekt auf der Wanne
liegt.
