1.1 IDENTIFICAZIONE DELLA 
MACCHINA 
 

Queste istruzioni per l'uso e la 
manutenzione sono inerenti al 
seguente modello di macchina: 

- CUTTER; 

Disponibile nelle seguenti versioni: 
- COMPACT L3 
- IDEAL L5 - L5 2 V. 
- PROFESSIONAL L8 - L8 2 V. 
 
- Macchina  per tritare, sminuzzare, 
omogeneizzare, qualsiasi tipo di 
verdura, carne, pesce e formaggi; per 
montare creme, panna e salse in 
genere. Per le sue caratteristiche 
progettuali e costruttive, può essere 
istallata in un qualsiasi Esercizio 
commerciale o di ristorazione, ma non 
in ambito industriale. 

 

La targa di identificazione è fissata sul 
retro della macchina, sul lato sinistro, 
in prossimità del foro di uscita del cavo 
di alimentazione, ed è configurata 
come in figura 1.

These instructions for use and 
maintenance apply to the following 
model: 

- CUTTER. 

This model is available in the following 
versions: 
- COMPACT L3 
- IDEAL L5 - L5 2V. 
- PROFESSIONAL L8 - L8 2V. 
 
- The machine is used for mincing, 
chopping or homogenizing any type of 
vegetable, meat, fish and cheese and 
for whipping cream, mixing sauces or 
preparing condiments in general. On 
account of its design and features, it 
can be installed in any workshop and 
used by commercial operations but it is 
not designed for industrial use. 

                                          

The identification plate is attached at 
the rear of the machine on the left-
hand side, close to the outlet of the 
power cable. The data indicated in the 
identification plate are as follows:

Das Identifikationsschild (s. Abb. 1) 
befindet sich auf der linken Seite der 
Maschinenrückwand, in der Nähe des 
Speisekabelaustrittes.
