With regard to safety, apart from the
conditions recommended by various
authorities that preside over this
particular area of industrial interest
and any regulations laid down by the
managerial department of the firm/
organization in which the machine is
used, we should like to draw the
attention of safety controllers and
operators to the following instructions
and warnings:
- Always wear suitable clothing when
working with this machine.
- While the machine is operating,
never bring your hands close to any
moving parts or other mobile parts,
whether totally or partially accessible,
and do not introduce hand or fingers
through any slit or inlet or outlet
opening in the machine.
- Do not perform any operation which
is not expressly indicated in the
descriptions of the operative cycles of
the machine.
- Always keep the work place and area
surrounding the machine clean and
free from any inconvenient obstacles,
using a rational approach to position
the products to be processed, finished
products and tools or accessories.
- Do not tamper with and do not alter
the mechanisms or degree of
effectiveness of safety devices
installed in the machine and, in
particular, do not alter or tamper with
the cover attachments, micro switches
or any other device or component in
the electric circuit.
- Any alteration, modification or
tampering with components of the
machine is in fact fraudulent action
and involves the assumption by the
party that performs such action of all
civil and penal liability with regard to
any possible damage to persons and/
or things that may derive from such
action.
SECTION 3. PREPARING THE
MACHINE FOR OPERATION
3.1 UNPACKING THE MACHINE
The machine is packed in a strong
carton box. Open this box from the
upper side, as indicated by the arrow,
remove the anti-impact materials and
raise the machine, holding it with both
hands at the bottom. Free the machine
from the protective nylon wrapping
and perform preliminary cleaning of
the external surface of the machine,
using a soft dry cloth.

Transfer the machine to the place
where it is required for operation,
bearing in mind its size and the
dimensions of the containers for the
products to be processed and for
finished products, leaving a sufficient
space all around the machine for
movement.

- Niemals bei arbeitender Maschine
die Hände in die Nähe von sich
bewegenden, ganz oder teilweise
z u g ä n g l i c h en M a s ch i ne n t e i l en
bringen, oder andere Körperteile in
S c h l i t z e o d e r d i e
Schnittguteinfüllöffnung stecken.
- Keine nicht ausdrücklich im
M a s c h i n e n f u n k t i o n s - u n d
Produktionszyklus vorgesehene oder
sicherheitsbedenklichen Tätigkeiten
ausführen.
- Den Arbeitsplatz und den Bereich um
die Maschine sauber und frei halten,
und das zu verarbeitende Material,
das fertige Schnittgut und die
Ausrüstungsgegenstände dem
A r b e i t s a b l a u f e n t s p r e c h e n d
aufbewahren.
- Die Funktionstüchtigkeit der auf der
M a s c h i n e i n s t a l l i e r t e n
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, und im
besonderen den Verschluß des
Deckels, die Mikroschalter und andere
Vorrichtungen des Stromkreises nicht
beeinträchtigen.
- Wer Maschinenkomponenten
verändert oder beschädigt, trägt die
alleinige zivil- und
strafrechtliche Verantwortung für
mögliche P ersonen- und/ oder
Sachschäden.
ABSCHNITT 3 - INBETRIEBNAHME
3.1 AUSPACKEN
Die Maschine wird in einem robusten
Karton verpackt geliefert. Den Karton
wie vom Pfeil angezeigt oben öffnen,
das Schutzmaterial entfernen, die
Maschine mit beiden Händen von
unten anfassen und anheben. Den
Nylonsack abziehen, und das Äußere
der Maschine mit einem weichen,
trockenen Tuch reinigen.
3.2 AUFSTELLEN
Die Maschine am gewünschten Ort
aufstellen, und dabei den Platzbedarf
der Maschine selbst
sowie der Behälter für das Gemüse
berücksichtigen, und ausreichend
Platz für den Bedienungsmann lassen.
Die Maschine muß auf einem ebenen,
stabilen und gleichmäßigen Boden
aufgestellt und nivelliert werden. Eine
Befestigung am Boden ist nicht
erforderlich.
3.3 MONTAGE DER SEPARAT
GELIEFERTEN TEILE
Die Maschine wird mit einem
geschliffenem Universal-
eventualmente predisposte dalla
direzione dell'ambiente in cui la
macchina opera, si ritiene utile
r i c h i a m a r e l ' a t t e n z i o n e d e i
r e s p on sa b il i d el la s i cur e z z a ,
dell'operatore e del personale addetto,
raccomandando l'adozione delle
prescrizioni di seguito elencate.
- Adottare ed indossare sempre
l'abbigliamento più idoneo al lavoro da
svolgere.
- Durante il funzionamento della
macchina, non avvicinare le mani a
nessun organo in movimento od altri
organi mobili accessibili del tutto od in
parte, ne introdurre altre parti del
corpo attraverso qualsiasi feritoia o
bocche di ingresso ed uscita del
prodotto.
- Non compiere manovre non
espressamente previste nel ciclo
funzionale della macchina e produttivo
d'insieme.
- Mantenere pulito e sgombro il posto
di lavoro e tutta l'area circostante la
macchina, disponendo con logica
intelligente sia i materiali da lavorare
che il prodotto finito e le attrezzature.
- Non manomettere ne alterare il
funzionamento o l'efficienza dei
dispositivi di protezione installati sulla
macchina e particolarmente il
f i s s a g g i o d e l c o p e r c h i o , i
microinterruttori ed ogni altro
dispositivo anche a livello circuitale.
- Qualsiasi alterazione, modifica o
manomissione di elementi della
macchina, configura azione
fraudolenta con l'esclusi va
assunzione di ogni responsabilità,
civile e penale, in ordine a possibili
danni a persone e/o cose, da parte
di chi vi abbia provveduto.
SEZIONE 3 - MESSA IN OPERA
DELLA MACCHINA
3.1 DISIMBALLO
La maccina è imballata in una robusta
scatola di cartone. Aprire detta scatola
di cartone nella parte superiore,
indicata dalla freccia, togliere il
materiale antiurto e sollevare la
macchina afferrandola con entrambe
le mani nella parte inferiore. Liberare
infine la macchina dal sacchetto di
nylon protettivo e procedere alla
pulizia preliminare della parte esterna
mediante un panno morbido ed
asciutto.
3.2 PIAZZAMENTO IN OPERA.
Si st em are opport unamente la
macchina nel locale previsto,
considerando sia il suo ingombro che
quello dei contenitori delle verdure da
lavorare, e già lavorate, lasciando
tutt'intorno lo spazio opportuno. Il
basamento deve appoggiare su una
superficie solida, uniforme e ben
livellata. La macchina non richiede
alcun fissaggio al piano di appoggio.
