Installation
2.1 Receiving the System
When the system arrives, inspect the packaging for external signs of damage. If there is any
obvious physical damage, immediately contact the shipping agent and Galvanic Applied
Sciences to report the damage and request that the carrier's agent be present when the unit
is unpacked. It is recommended that you retain the shipping container so that it may be used
for future shipment of the unit, if necessary.
2.2 Environmental Requirements
2.2.1 Electrical Requirements
The power input is 110/220 V, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz, 15 A. The operating voltage is specified on
the serial number name plate.
2.2.2 Temperature
The system is designed to be operated at ambient temperatures (10 – 50
o
C)

2.2.3 Space Requirements
The system is mounted on a frame with the outside dimensions of 57” (145 cm) W x 41” (104
cm) H x 16” 41 cm) D. The control cabinet has dimensions of 30” (76 cm) x 24” (61 cm) W x
12” (30 cm) D.
2.2.4 Instrument Air
The system requires < 15 SCFM at 80 psi.
2.2.5 Nitrogen (Zero Gas)
