8.8.1 Rest day
The weekly rest day can be defined, and on this day the
machine ignores the automatic start setting and can only be
started manually.
Whereas, the automatic off function remains active on the
rest day.
The display will show the following:

8.9 Calculations (Model “D”)
The calculations can be read after having set the rest day
and pressed key T5 again:

the display shows the following:
the display indicates the number of litres of water used up
to that moment (XXX).

the display shows the following:
the display indicates the number of cycles performed up to
that moment (XXX).

the display shows the following:
The total number of coffees distributed up to that moment
is displayed.
Note:
One calculation is recorded every time the key is
pressed.

the display shows the following:
a review of all the calculations is displayed and the totals
for the single doses of each unit are shown.
Where y represents the unit
zzzzzz is the type of coffee
xxxx is the number of coffees distributed
Press key T5 to review all the units and the types
of coffee until exiting the user programming phase.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
This machine has a number of special functions:
PRE-INFUSION, MIXED TEA which we will describe be-
low:
Pre-infusion
Our software enables the dose to be configured so that the
distribution referred to the COFFEE doses with volumetric
control is preceded by pre-infusion.
Distribution of the dose after time 1 (ON) is interrupted for
a time 2 (OFF) and then returns to complete delivery of the
selection.
Pressing one of the keys subject to volumetric control causes
the normal distribution cycle to be preceded by a short timed
water jet used to moisten the coffee powder before the actual
distribution phase.
This function enables the coffee powder to be exploited
more effectively.
Mixed Tea (hot water)
The water delivered is mixed with the cold water entering
the boiler, if this function is enabled, achieving a constant
distribution at a temperature of approximately 96°C.
If this function is not enabled the water is distributed at a
temperature of approximately 100°C and is highly vapo-
rised.
These functions are already pre-set. Contact the technical
support service to enable/disable or to change the para-
meters for these functions.
