Connect the charger to the electric bicycle and into the AC 220 V/ 50 Hz socket.

•

Charging time is 6-8 hours. Charging time must not exceed 18 hours.

•

After charging disconnect the charger from the electrical outlet and from the electric bike.

2.  Ways of saving battery power

•

To reduce the energy consumption we recommend to ride the electric bicycle manually before

switching on the power.

Notice

•

Use only charger that is supplied with the electric bicycle. Unoriginal charger could cause

overcharging of the battery. Do not use the battery charger specified for this electric bicycle for
charging other batteries.

•

When the electric bicycle is not in use it is necessary to maintain a sufficient charge in the

battery to prevent breakdown of the electrolyte, which may lower performance. The battery should
be brought to a full charge once a month.

•

Do not permit short-circuiting of the battery poles. This may damage the battery or cause a fire.

•

Insure that all battery connections are securely fastened to avoid potential fire.

•

Do not expose the battery to fire or sources of high temperatures. Do not dispose of the battery

in a fire and do not expose it to direct sunlight.

•

If the battery casing is damaged, immediately replace the battery.

•

The electrolyte is an acid solution. Try to avoid spilling this solution on your clothes, skin or

eyes. If this happens, immediately wash the affected area with clean water and find the medical
assistance.
