Power supply is lacking.
Make sure that the power supply is connected correctly.
Cable(s) connected incorrectly or not at all.
Make sure that all cables are correctly connected.
The power supply unit does not provide current.
Make sure that the power supply unit functions correctly.
Replace the micro-fuse if necessary.
SECURY 2178:

The latchbolt does not project completely.
Check whether the cut-out in the latch striker is deep enough
(min. 20 mm) so that the latchbolt can project completely.
The multi-point locks SECURY 21 EK / S / EVP must only be operated with
power supply units meeting at least the specifi ed requirements (see chapter
"2.5 Technical data").
There is no warranty if this is not observed.
