LUBRICATION: It’s a correct lubrication of the treadmill with silicon oil or teflon is really important. This
lubrication must be performed regularly depending on its use even before the first use.The lubrication must be
carried out this way: disconnect the equipment of the electricity supply (in case you have one), pull up the
tapestry from the side with one hand and spread the oil on the board. Please repeat this procedure from the other
lateral side. Connect the equipment to the power supply (in case you have one) und turn the „on“ button (red
button) into the correct position (I), insert the security key and let the treadmill work for several minutes without
any weight on it. Repeat this action on a regular basis.

ALLIGN AND TIGHTEN THE BELT OF THE TREADMILL

ALLIGN THE BELT: UNPLUG THE UNIT FROM THE POWER SOURCE: UNPLUG THE POWER CORD:
Due to its use, the belt can move off centre. If the belt has moved to the left, use the hex key to turn the
fixed left bolt counterclockwise. Don’t tighten the belt too much in order to be able to walk. Plug the
power cord, insert the key and let the treadmill work for a few minutes. Repeat this procedure until the
belt is properly aligned.

TIGHTEN THE BELT: (if the belt slips on the treadmill when walking). UNPLUG THE POWER CORD:
Using the hex key, turn both bolts 1/4 clockwise. If the belt is properly tight to walk, you must be able to
pull up each side of the belt 5 or 7 cm off the platform. Be careful and maintain the belt aligned. Now plug
the power cord, insert the key and walk on the treadmill a few minutes. Repeat this procedure until the
belt is properly tightened.

CLEANING: Don't use abrasive products. A damp cloth is enough.
 LEVELING: If your unit is provided with levelling wheels, please adjust them in order to avoid vibrations and
therefore malfunctions.


(SPANISH) MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO DE SU CINTA DE CORRER:

ALMACENAJE: Guarde su aparato en un lugar cerrado, lejos del polvo o de la humedad. No lo guarde en un
garaje o en un patio cubierto o cerca del agua. La humedad, el polvo y el agua podrían dañarlo y verse afectado
su funcionamiento.

CABLE ELÉCTRICO: Asegúrese de que el cable y el enchufe se encuentran en perfectas condiciones. Los cables
eléctricos deben estar alejados de las superficies calientes.

TORNILLERÍA y CABLES DE CONEXIÓN: Inspeccione y apriete todos los tornillos con regularidad, ya que
debido a la vibración, las tuercas y tornillos tienden a aflojarse.

LUBRICACIÓN: ES MUY IMPORTANTE que realice una LUBRICACIÓN adecuada de la cinta de correr con aceite
de silicona o de teflón. Está lubricación debe realizarse de manera periódica en función del uso de cada
persona, incluso antes de su primer uso. La manera de realizar la lubricación es la siguiente: desconecte la
máquina de la alimentación eléctrica (en caso de que disponga de ella), levante el tapiz con una mano desde un
lateral y extienda el aceite sobre la tabla. Repita la misma operación desde el otro lateral. Conecte la máquina a
la corriente eléctrica (en caso de que disponga de ella), sitúe el botón de encendido (botón rojo) en la posición
correcta (I), inserte la llave de seguridad y deje funcionar la cinta durante unos minutos sin ninguna persona
encima. Repita esta operación de manera periódica.

4 – 7 horas/semana 1 mes
> 8 horas/semana 15 días

CENTRAR Y TENSAR LA BANDA DE LA CINTA DE CORRER:

CENTRAR LA BANDA: DESENCHUFE EL CABLE ELÉCTRICO. Debido a su utilización el tapiz puede
descentrarse. Si se ha movido hacia la izquierda, use la llave hexagonal para voltear el perno del
rodillo estable izquierdo ½ vuelta de derecha a izquierda. Tenga cuidado de no apretar demasiado la
banda para caminar. Luego enchufe el cable eléctrico, inserte la llave y haga funcionar la máquina
para correr por algunos minutos. Repita esta operación hasta que la banda para caminar esté
centrada.

TENSAR EL TAPIZ: (Si el tapiz se resbala cuando se esté caminando en ella). DESENCHUFE EL
CABLE ELÉCTRICO. Usando la llave hexagonal, gire ambos pernos del rodillo estable 1/4 de vuelta en
sentido horario. Cuando la banda para caminar esté apretada correctamente, usted debe poder
levantar cada lado de la banda para caminar 5 a 7 cm de la plataforma para caminar. Tenga cuidado
de mantener la banda para caminar centrada. A continuación, conecte el cable eléctrico, inserte la
llave y camine con cuidado sobre la máquina para correr durante algunos minutos. Repita esta
operación hasta que la banda para caminar esté debidamente tensionada.
