Customer Service 

The  service  workshops  and  dealers  provide  original  spare  parts.  We 
recommend  that  you  take  the  device  to  an  authorized  service  centre  for 
annual maintenance and inspection of the protective devices. 
Please  contact  the  dealer  where  you  purchased  the  machine  for  more 
information about service and spare parts.

Warranty 

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. Keep your proof 
of purchase in a safe place. Excluded from the warranty are wearing parts 
and damage caused by improper use, use of force, technical modifications, 
wrong accessories or non-original spare parts, and repair attempts by non-
qualified personnel. Authorized dealers may only carry out repairs.

Disposal information 

The device is in packaging to avoid transport damages. This packaging is raw 
material and is therefore reusable or returned to the raw material cycle. The 
tool  and  accessories  are  made  of  different  materials,  such  as  metal  and 
plastic. Take defective components to hazardous waste disposal. Please ask 
at the speciality store or the municipal administration.
