Intended use 

 
The spreader is to be used exclusively for spreading granules. 
If your spreader does not distribute the granules evenly, make sure that the 
front of the gearbox points to the front of the spreader. The impeller must 
turn  clockwise.  Reversing  the  gear  will  cause  the  impeller  to  rotate 
counterclockwise.  Clean  the  paddlewheel  after  each  use,  residues  on  the 
bucket wheel cause uneven distribution.  
Your spreader is designed to give the best spreading results when pushed at 
5 km/h (fast walking). Slower or faster speeds will change your spreading 
pattern. Moist grit or granulate changes the flow velocity and the spreader's 
spreading pattern. Clean your spreader thoroughly after each use. Gears are 
already lubricated at the factory

Preparation and security 

 

Wear face protection or safety goggles during use 

 

Wear appropriate clothing. Only wear closed shoes with non-slip soles. 
Use of the granulate spreader with sandals or barefoot is prohibited 

 

Wear close-fitting clothing. Avoid too loose clothing 

 

Wear non-slip gloves during use 

 

If necessary, wear a dust mask, starting from the material to be scattered 

 

Long hair should be bound back 

 

Apply directional markings before using the granulate spreader 

 

Use only in daylight or good artificial light 

 

Read and follow all instructions of the chemical manufacturer 

 
ATTENTION 

 

During  work,  the  line  of  sight  must  be  directed  to  the  surface  to  be 
processed; do not be distracted 

 

Ensure a secure stand and direction of movement. Caution on unpaved 
or slippery surfaces 

 

Attention: Chemicals or materials that are hazardous to the environment 
should be avoided 

 

Follow all guidelines of the chemical manufacturer
