Extension of the Range
If you wish to connect remote areas and require a wireless cell
there, as well, you can also operate a CPB-AP at a CPB-AC. In this
case, it has to be ensured that the second wireless cell is operated
on another channel, if possible.
Note:
Here, up to 16 devices can be administrated behind the AC.
Also refer to Section Configuration: Wireless on Page 5–12 .
Example 1:
A further option is the use of the WDS, Wireless Distribution Sys-
tem. Here, a port to a further ComPoint is used to set up a connec-
tion between the ComPoints. Up to 6 of these ports can be config-
ured to the other access points per ComPoint.
