Time and date are incorrect. ► With the
BIOS-Setup-Utility
, you can set the
date and time in the
main
menu.
Date and time are still set incorrectly after
switching on the Tablet PC. ► Please contact your sales outlet or our
Hotline/Service Desk.
Battery charging indicator not lit
Cause
Fault elimination
The battery is not being charged. ► Connect the Tablet PC to a mains outlet
using the mains adapter.
Note:
The battery will only be charged again
when the battery capacity is less than 90%.
The Tablet PC’s touchscreen remains dark
Touchscreen touchscreenis too dark
Cause Troubleshooting
Touchscreen is switched off. ► Press a key (external keyboard) or tap on
the touchscreen.
External monitor or television set connected. ► Check whether the graphics driver settings
are correct or whether an external monitor
has been detected in "Intel Graphics Media
Accelerator Driver for mobile".
The display on the Tablet PC’s touchscreen
is difficult to read.
