Troubleshooting and tips

All information on troubleshooting faults that may occur when operating server
blades in the basic unit are described in the "PRIMERGY BX600 S3 Basic Unit"
manual.
If a fault occurs, try to correct it as described
–
in the chapter "Troubleshooting and tips" in the manual for the basic unit,
–
in the chapters for the installed components,
–
in the documentation for the connected devices,
–
in the help systems of the individual programs used.
If you do not manage to correct the problem, proceed as follows:

Make a note of the steps you have taken and the situation in which the fault
occurred. Also make a note of the error messages displayed.
Ê
Switch off the defective server blade or the system.
Ê
Contact customer service.
