Installing the hard disk drive
By default, on delivery of your device, two 3½" or 2½" hard disks can be installed using the
hard disk drive installation kit. At most, you can install the following hard disks:

four 2

inch drives
•
or: two 2

2
inch drives and two 3

/
2
inch drives
•
or four 3
1
/
2
inch drives
Installing hard disks
The principles for installing/removing hard disks for the device as described below are identical
for all types of hard disk. Only the size and alignment of the hard disk in the casing may
vary (install either horizontally or vertically depending on the hard disk type).
