You cannot access the floppy disk.
A card inserted in the PCMCIA Card slot does
not work or is locking up the system.
1. Security is set to p rotect access to floppy
disk data.
2. Diskette is not loaded correctly.
3. BIOS Setup Utility has Diskette Controller
as Disabled.
4. The Floppy Disk Drive may not be properly
installed.
5. You tried to write to a write protected
diskette.
1. The card is not properly installed.
2. The card may have been installed with an
application running and your notebook doesn’t
know it is there.
3. The software may not have the correct
software driver active.

4. Remove and re-install the floppy disk drive.

5. Eject the diskette and set it to w rite enable.
