CD WON’T PLAY CORRECTLY
2. Troubleshooting
Do not use CDs with a label. They
may cause the disc to get stuck
inside or damage the Navigation
Head Unit.
Replace Navigation

Is it a store-bought CD or
CD-R/RW?
CD won't play correctly
Is the CD clean and free
of scratches and finger
prints?
Please clean the CD
and try again.
Is a paper label on the
CD?
Due to different makes of
CD-R/RW, this can cause
this condition.
Try a known good store
bought CD.
Is the problem fixed?
CD being used may be
excessively scratched/
warped or data recorded
is not supported. Please
replace disc and re-check
for original problem.
